    Really frustrating experience with poor communication and bad customer service. For a hail claim they asked for all the money upfront, which insurance advised against. Contractors arrived at our house without warning. They continually put us off when they were supposed to be scheduling and completing work. We were consistently forced to contact them, at which point they would finally respond and schedule contractors to complete jobs but they were never proactive. When I complained they were apologetic but still did not follow through until I called again. The entire process took over five months to complete.

    Hey Ben. Really sorry to hear you had a poor experience with Turtle Roofing. We do our best to put on quality roofs, and have great customer service for all of our clients. First, we only ask for 50% of the RCV of the project up front, and we did the same in your case. The final bill was not paid until after the project was completed. We fixed the issues with the drywall, and got you money so you could purchase a new table that we accidently broke during the production process. As for the time to complete the project, 3 to 5 months is very average in this industry from when we start working on a project, through the supplementing with insurance, to the final touch ups. I apologize if it was longer than you were expecting. I also want to apologize for the communications that you were unhappy with. It took us longer than we wanted to get guys out to fix the drywall after all the rest of the productions were completed. We should have called on a weekly basis to give you updates as to when they guys could come out. We certainly have room for improvement here and we will make sure to work on that as a company.
