5 starsNolan installed quality products timely and professionally and for a good price. No maintenance fees or monthly service fees. Came and adjusted cams quickly. Knew products well and attempted to alleviate app concerns by contacting the rep. Knows the products well. One of the few who will do residential or commercial.Review fromMegan H

5 starsWe were in the market for improving our home security. Nolan has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we navigate this admittedly overwhelming process. He initially came to our home several months ago to price out a camera system. Life happened and we went a couple months thinking on it, Nolan would periodically (but respectfully) check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. When we were ready to proceed, Nolan talked us through every question and alteration we had and tried to stay as true to the original estimate that cost of parts would allow. He also made installation happen within a week of us deciding to proceed, despite some setbacks that arose on his end...he truly cares about the customer experience. He has a lot of integrity about his work and when it comes to home security, that's very important to trust the stranger who implements it for you. Nolan was very respectful during home installation (even offered to take off his shoes when he noticed that we do!) and very communicative during the entire process. Would absolutely recommend Security Protection Systems LLC to anyone!Review fromMary K

5 starsNolan did an outstanding job installing cameras on our house. The cameras he installed are top notch with very clear quality pictures/video. Nolan was great at explaining all aspects of the functions of the service so made it easy for us to use. He also installed a camera doorbell that alerts us when someone comes to the door. I highly recommend Security Protection Systems!!! Not only were they reasonable on pricing for high quality cameras, their customer service is excellent!! The technician went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our product and installation! I also love how user friendly everything is!!! 10 out of 10 recommend.
