      This Spa sent me a text message offering a facial for $69 and if i prepaid i would get an additional $20 off. I did prepay and went to my appointment. They asked me if I had been there before. I said yes, on other time. The receptionists left the desk and went in the back and when she came back proceeded to tell me they would not honor the $49 facial since i had been there before. That was a promo and i had already received a promo previously, which was 6 months ago, and its only one promo per customer. If i wanted a facial i would have to pay full price. I was shocked. I asked them then why did you reach out to ME. I didn't ask for the promotion, they offered it. She said it was a glitch in their system and they would not honor it. I can see why they are begging for business if this is the way they treat customers. They should have honored this pricing, but i chose to receive a refund. They will not earn my business. I only took advantage of the promo because my first experience was not the best and this was an opportunity to give them another chance. Obviously nothing has changed.

      I’m having a hard time with serenity spa & facials not returning my money for the services I have not used which is all 12 sessions in the VIP package I purchased! My dermatologist and doctor stated I cannot get facials or peels as I’m going to be take a strong medication and the operating chief is very unprofessional and this whole company is a scam and Liers! I’ve been trying to work with them and all the operating chief Pamela does is come at me stating this isn’t high school this is real life and I’m not getting my money back! I can’t use these sessions due to medical reasons and they don’t care they are just keeping my money for services I haven’t used!
