      The last couple of visits to the salon’s mold has been present in the tanning beds! The place of business is dirty and not maintained properly. Abby was shown the pictures and provided a very poor response! Due to low staffing the needs are not being met! Abby needs to get the tanning beds cleaned

      Palm Beach Tan is a franchise and this customer has reached the wrong franchisee.  Ashley Lynn's Inc. covers ********, ****, and *** ******* ********.  This customer is not one of our clients and based on her address, I'm assuming she is looking for the ****** market.  I will forward her complaint on to them and she can also reach out to them directly at ********************************.

      I had signed up for a Tanning membership that I decided to downgrade last month, when I first contacted the merchant they told me I could downgrade now but I was still going to get charged the higher tier membership cost but would loose the benefits . so I asked her when can i cancel my membership, she said you have to wait till next month and come in to cancel.

      I went in today and Jenna told me that because I'm canceling on the 27th and not the 25th, I will be charged a full month membership fee again.

      I dont think I should be paying for a full month fee when Im not being rendered any services, and this business had made it firtually impossible to change or cancel my membership.

      I have canceled my membership on april 27th and I should not be charged for services in May as I am not recieving any services from you this business.

      Palm Beach Tan is a franchise.  This company only covers Iowa, Nebraska, and St. Joseph, MO and this client is not in our database.  I have forwarded the complaint on to the ****** market, assuming that is where the membership is located based on the address.

      I had a 12 month contract that was with ** *** ***** ***. January 2022-December 2023. Palm beach tan bought ** *** ***** and she been charging me since January without my permission. The stores associates have been unable to help me and there is no contact info to talk with someone about these charges. I have been informed that palm beach is aware of this happening *** **** ******* ****** **** **********. Palm beach is not handling the problem.

      This company took over my previous salon, ** *** ****** ** ******** **. I am no longer able to get to the salon so have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month, and I haven't even used it for months, and they told me since I couldn't cancel in person that I had to call corporate. I've been calling them, emailing, and even calling the store for extra help and no one will respond. The money has been automatically drawn from my account and I just need verification that it is closed.
