Very unhappy with work completed and follow up. It's been months and nothing done. Don't go there

Thank you for your review and we apologize if you feel our efforts fell short of your expectations. With this particular case, the client owns a business and had multiple years of tax returns that needed to be completed. Our first interaction was in mid-April and we have not worked with this client in the past. We apologize if this process has taken too long but we stand behind our efforts and over 50 years in business with over 6,000 tax returns prepared each year.
