      After paying premium ( $ 484/month) for 10 months, I decided to have my annual check with blood work. To my Suprise, Detego Health denied paying for this MD visit. After spending HOURS on the phone with various company representatives, that I was getting ALL kinds of Confusing answers, my case is still unresolved. Finally, on May 14, DEtego HeALTH representative told me, that they issued 3 separate checks for total of $ 370. My medical bill for two MD visits is $ 1517.
      Today, May 27, those check still DID NOT made it to my provider and I am charged now by her office $300 for late charges.
      Please DO NOT SIGNED with DETEGO HEALTH- It is VERY DISHONEST business1 Waste of money, time, frustration.

      I signed up for a TK1 through Healthcare.gov. I have since seen three other names associated with my plan and I cannot get an answer from the number that I first called. I could not download the policy to make sure all was good and finally got them to send a PDF to me. Then finally saw that it did not have the dental and eye doctor benefits I was promised from the signup call. They said I could cancel at any time. I have paid two months. I want to cancel now. Waste of money.

      Subject: Unresolved Refund Issue and Misleading Health Plan Details

      Review:

      I signed up for the TDK1 health plan under FirstHealth through Affordable Health Plans LLC on 12/13, paying an enrollment fee and the first premium. I canceled the plan within the 30-day window on 12/16 after discovering that the plan’s coverage details were misleading. I was initially attracted to the plan because it was presented as a no-deductible option, but upon further review, I realized it offered very limited benefits. The coverage for prescription drugs, basic medical procedures, and in-network providers was either extremely limited or entirely false. I was also told that I wouldn’t be able to review the full plan details until after paying the enrollment fee and first premium.

      Upon cancellation, I received confirmation that the plan was canceled, but despite multiple follow-up communications, I have yet to receive the full refund of $502.98 that I am owed, as promised in the welcome email. When I called, I was informed that the refund had not been processed, and the issue would be escalated to a manager for resolution. Unfortunately, no further action has been taken as of now.

      I strongly advise potential customers to avoid enrolling in this plan and to be aware of the misleading information and lack of transparency. My experience has been frustrating, and I am still waiting for the refund that I am owed.
