    Thank you for your feedback.  After
    reviewing your transaction, it appears there were issues outside of our control
    which caused your dissatisfaction with the sale of your property.  We do
    not have any record of a request to speak with our management team. However, we
    have attempted to contact you several times to discuss your concerns, but have
    not received any response.   We strive to provide top-notch customer
    service to our clients and make every effort to respond to every request,
    whether by phone call or e-mail, as quickly as possible.  Please contact
    us if you would like to discuss your transaction further.
