    I ordered vapes from this store and they never came. I emailed and called them. They told me a supervisor would return my call but it never happened. I want my money back

    Hi Jennifer,

          I want to start off with apologizing. I do see that this order was in 2022, it was marked as shipped but I can’t find a record of a shipping label so I’m unsure what happened here. Nonetheless, we dropped the ball. Due to the length of time that has passed, I do not have a method to refund to the payment used. If you’d like to provide me a method to get that to you, I’ll get that sent over ASAP! I understand the frustration, I would want my money back too! I appreciate you taking it to the BBB as I was not aware of this before.
