    I Called My Insurance Company 9-20-22 Stating My Car Had A Flat Tire, They called Ely's Towing Co. The Truck Came Backed Into The Driveway Which Was Put Down Juiy 28,2022. When He Was Backing My Car On The Flatbed My Front End Scraped The Concrete. When We Got To **************,He Drove The Car Off The Flatbed And That's When I Saw A Lot Of Fluid On The Flatbed, So I Asked The Driver Did That come From Car Because He Scraped My Front End Putting It On The Truck. He Smiled And Said No, It Was The Vehicle He Transported Before He Picked My Car Up. He Just Haven't Had Time To Clean The Fluids Off His Truck.Didn't Notice Until The Next Day The Oil Spots On Different Areas Of The DriveWay.Called The Company Got The Owner's Name & Number Called left Message, Never Called, So Texted My E-Mail And Finally Got A Response.I Texted Justin A Picture Of The Spots His Truck Left In My Driveway And A Picture Of My Driveway Before His Truck Came In It. The Contractor That Did My Driveway Came And Gave Me An Estimate To Clean The Spots Off $******* I Sent The Estimate To Justin And He Replied Could I Send Someone To Clean It. I Said Yes!! He Sent ***************** 9-28-22 To Clean The Driveway And When He Was Done The Spots Were Still On The Concrete. I Sent Pictures Of The Driveway 9-29-22 To Justin And He NEVER RESPONED BACK. I Texted Justin Again 10-5-22 About My Driveway Because I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR MY DRIVEWAY FOR HIS TRUCK TO MESS IT UP. Still Not Responding Because He Stated Earlier The Driver Said He Didn't Do It But I Was A Nice Lady. I Told Justin The Driver's Flatbed Had Fluid All Over It And Some Of The Fluid Dropped On My New Concrete. The Man Said To Me When I Asked About The Liquid On His Truck He Haven't Had Time To CLEAN IT OFF!! I've Been Spending Money On Chemicals To Try To Clean The SPOTS In My Driveway Because After Spending So Much To Get A New Driveway Installed $*******I Don't Have To Pay For Someone Else MISTAKE. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
