      So today they told a 2011 Honda Odyssey out of Wells Fargo parking lot. Unfortunately it was there due to a bad alternator that we had to perform parking lot repairs on and we were just about finished. My friend got there to you finish installing the new alternator and tried to stop the vehicle from being towed as it wasn't even a quarter of the way on the trailer. The gentleman told him that he couldn't do anything for less than $150 cash. So I called them to find out how much it was going to cost me to get the vehicle back and was told $211 I told him I didn't have that money I would have to request a pay advance and wouldn't have it until Wednesday. I was informed they charged $30 a day for storage. I asked him if there was any way he could cut me just a little bit of slack I wasn't asking to not be charged at all just cut me a little bit of slack and was told no sorry but we can't do that. So to get this vehicle back is going to cost me pretty much the entire pay advance I'm able to request. I really hope this gentleman and his family because I can't afford to take their vehicle to a garage to get it fixed. I'm a single mom trying to get back on my feet I don't expect anything for free. But I have been in situations like this before and I know that if he wanted to he could have knocked a few dollars or applied a discount or wave the storage fees something small to help me out even just a little bit would have probably earned a four-star higher review rather than a BBB complaint. Alls we had to do is finish installing the alternator so that I could get it back on the road and it just feels like when I'm starting to get my feet under me somebody takes a run and kicks them out from underneath me again. Because that knew alternator is still not installed so now it's going to happen when I'm able to go get it and I can't drive it off because it still has to have the alternator installed?

      Wrong tow company you need to contact young’s service at ************ I am or use to be Young’s auto repair and towing. I don’t not tow off private property

      Wells Fargo ordered a Honda Odyssey removed off their property on #/3/2025, the Honda had been sitting there for at least 2 or 3 daysbefore it was ordered towed.   We arrived had our signature for towing a Honda Odyssey  from Wells Fargo property signed our driver loaded the Honda and had it secured to the Faltbed and we were asked how much to drop the Honda.  Charges are as follows  towing 150.00 per vehicle if they were able to pay for the towing at that time we would have released it to ******.  When the vehicles reach our impound lot  additional charges are added. there is administrative fees and Storage Fees per Day which is standard in the industry with private property tow aways.  As we are very sorry for ******'s situation but if we are to give discounts to one person then everyone will need discounts, there for we do not offer  discounts on towing invoices for anyone.
