    Staff was unclean and facility was unkept. They have a manager name ** who was inappropriate with her customer. Can’t speak properly.

    My family and I will not be giving Urban Air any business. They did not accommodate my father in law who is disabled when we threw a birthday party there. We just asked for more room him to sit/stand so he could use his cane/ wheel chair comfort. I was assured by the manager several times he would be accommodated and he was not. They also made my friend move when she was bottle feeding my son in a massage chair, there there was no where else to sit, no one was in the massage chair or paid any interest to the chair before or after my friend moved. They had no nursing room or any extra chairs. This too came from the manager. They told us to pay for a massage if we wanted to use the chair. We spent several hundred dollars there and brought other customers there. They do not care about treating people right, they just care about money. I filled out a survey I was sent after the party, and listed these complaints, it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. So please consider going somewhere else!

    It is the winter break for kids so Urban Air is a great place to blow off some energy. So I checked the website and they opened at 10.00. Wrong!! One of the employees showed up after 10 then came out and said they were closed. The weather reports were not accurate so it was not bad weather. Close a place where kids can go on their break??? Really??? In addition just before we left the parking lot I went back on their website which they now show as closed. They waited 30 minutes to change that!?!?!

    Out of an abundance of caution for our staff's safety, we made the decision to close the park today after following weather forecasts for the ongoing effects of Winter Storm Elliott and after having multiple managers attempt to traverse the roads themselves. This determination was made at 8:45 am and it appears from our end that our website, Facebook page, social media posts and google hours were all updated by 9:15 am. We know that there are sometimes glitches with these 3rd party vendor sites, but we made every effort to inform our guests as quickly as possible through as many channels as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
