      After purchasing **** in parts the location decided that they wouldn’t do the work. I want my car repaired they agreed to do the work and I want them to do what we agreed on

      Mr. ****** ******** repair started out with just replacing the front driveshaft he was going to provide. During initial replacement of driveshaft it was found to need extensive repairs to the transfer case. It was recommended to replace the transfer case assembly and would also have to remove the transmission to do. Customer wanted to supply own parts to repair transfer case and he was instructing us how to fix it from a ****** video. At that time we refused to do any work on this customers vehicle. No charges were made toward any diagnostic work. As a courtesy the vehicle was towed to ******** as per Mr. ******** request. Mr. ****** also claimed if he had the space he would perform the work himself. We said if you can do that then proceed with that or let the ******** dealer do the work.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Due to AAMCO having me order all the parts for the job, then decided to back out of the deal. I paid ******** ******* and lost the **** I’d paid for parts because refund time had expired. My next plan is to take this issue into court to recover my loss.

      Mr. ****** had already purchased parts before estimate was given. He rejected the estimate. He said it was too expensive and not going to spend that kind of money. He had the option returned the parts at that time. We still recommended that he get a whole transfer case assembly to repair the vehicle.
