      Robert was very patient and helpful with our trip to Paris. He made sure that he answered all our questions and all of our tours were lined up and ready for us to enjoy. He went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable about our final details of the trip and was extremely kind in sharing tips and tricks for our travel.

      Robert was one of two agents that I have ever used. He did a fantastic job at accommodating my request. I gave 4 out 5 stars as I have never booked this type of trip before and I feel that there may have been opportunities for him to make recommendations. For example. I did request 5 nights, however, considering the late arrival (5PM) at our destination, it gave us little time to enjoy a day. This made it feel as it was only 4 nights of enjoyment. I would recommend using Robert and would use him again.

      Another wonderful trip. Robert is the best, so patient and so responsive to emails. I think this marked my 11th trip with Robert. I love that he knows me and when a sale comes up he will email me. Everything went smoothly when we arrived in Cozumel. The Iberostar is a great place and he knew we would love it. I will always book with Robert and tell all my friends. Best around. Thank you for all your work finding me a great deal.

      Robert was great to work with. He helped my family book a trip to Jamaica along with my brother and his wife.

      He arranged for Club MoBay and for a private shuttle from the airport.

      This made getting to the resort a simple process.
