    Brett and crew did not complete work as defined on the accepted bid, work was for dead wood removal,elevate, and house clearance on an Ash about 60ft tall with dead limbs and branches throughout. The crew was on property for approximately an hour and 15 minutes, including setup and cleanup time, the only work performed was if it was below 15 feet. No individual attempted to climb or elevate in a lift to clear the dead wood from the tree. Many dead limbs and branches are still in the tree and continues to drop on house and vehicles during higher winds. The company determined their work was complete and invoiced for the full amount after we contacted them with pictures of the entire upper part of the tree still containing the dead wood left in tact with no response from them after.

    Brett and his crew did an amazing job on a tree and root removal. Could not have asked for better customer service!! Would highly recommend this company!
