The week prior to the work, **** and I had an agreement, even shook his hand, that his company would replace everything in my backyard the way he found it and not leave any mess in my backyard after he removed the neighbors tree from their backyard-1807 N 46 Av. He not only did not put everything back in order and pick up his mess, he run his equipment into my backyard, compressed tracks into the ground, after he said he would protect it. Now I have to come up with $525.00 to fix my backyard.

*** ***** is not our customer, but we obtained prior permission from him to access part of a 100 hundred year old Silver Maple growing over his house from a back property line.  The project was extremely large and posed a lot of liability for 3 different neighbors.  The tree was surrounded by wires, fences, houses and garages.  *** ***** has a backyard that was littered with debris, trash and an old fire pit.  It had long grass and bordered a gravel alley near **** *** ****** ***** **.  We used his property for a few hours to remove a 36'' in diameter and 100' tall lead growing over his house and two other neighbors.  We covered his turf but then had to access a rough grade area that was unmowed with a variable grade.  We matted down some weeds in the process of doing a very complicated and technical removal.  No fences or homes were damaged and no people were harmed during this very difficult process.  Two weeks later *** ****** who was not our customer, called our office several times demanding an unreasonable amount of $3000 for the matting down of some unmowed rough terrain weeds and grass.  We then offered and paid him $140 cash for allowing us to briefly use his property to remove a huge liability from over his home and powerlines. He then filed a complant with the BBB after accepting the cash.
