  Very knowledgeable, prompt and accommodating. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after a large limb had to be removed from our street. Easy to communicate with and have full explanations about our trees and what work they may require, I would definitely recommend them!

  They came on time, worked all day without stopping, cleaned up really well, even though it had started to rain as they were finishing. All the workers were polite and professional. Checked to make sure we were satisfied. I will call them first the next time. I highly recommend them and gave their number to my mother for her tree removal. A great team!

  Jeremy will enthusiastic and prompt. He gave a great explanation of what he was going to do and why it would be done that way. He let me know when he was coming and when he had completed the job. I would definitely use them again.

  Professional, friendly, safety oriented, and very customer centered. They took down 4 large cottonwood trees, and you wouldn’t even know they were here. We would recommend them to everyone.

  I had signed a proposal to have two trees trimmed up and to have a tree removed. It was scheduled for august but no show no call so I called them and they said that they didn't know why didn't show up so then they were supposed to come out September 7th no show no call so I called them back and they said that they would be out the 8th they showed up this morning and trimmed two trees and left so I called the owner and he said That I didn't have a signed proposal and I said yes I do so I showed him the copy when he came to my house. I told him that I was going to file a complaint and he walked away and said since you are going to file a complaint, I'm not going to take the tree down, so I told him that's fine I' find someone else. And he walked away. I would not recommend this company to anyone there is no communication and the service sucks.

  We had schedule issues with getting a date set and finalized given weather and coordination issues to complete the agreed-upon pruning work, and for those I apologized to Mr S*****. After the pruning had been completed, we then had an added issue with requested Takedown/Removal of another tree, which in our system showed still in the proposal as "Optional" (not Accepted to Active as the pruning showed, for example). After Mr S***** and I discussed that confusion, for which he said he had a signed agreement (a copy of which our office could not locate), I directed my Ops Mgr to investigate and determine a path to resolution (to complete the work). During the onsite discussion between Mr S***** and our Ops Mgr, the signed copy was again referenced but not provided, and when threatened with a bad review no matter any potential outcome or resolution to the Takedown work, my Ops Mgr reduced the price of the pruning work, collected a check, and exited the situation. We made scheduling mistakes which I'm sure caused initial concerns, but we apologized for those, and then unfortunately this escalated where we weren't able to reach an equitable solution and we find ourselves in this forum. We've adjusted internal approaches and processes as best as possible, and we'll do our best to avoid situations like this again.

  I was referred to Monster Tree by someone I know and Jeremy was able to come out to provide me with an estimate the same day I called because I had some trees leaning after a wind storm. He provided a really reasonable estimate in comparison to the competition to remove a couple trees and prune a couple others. They were also able to make it out pretty quickly – the same week, which was great since I was concerned one or both tress could fall over. Thank you Jeremy and Monster Tree!

  Monster tree service has failed to provide their service that we contracted for. I have spoken to them approximately 6 times and received apologies and promises, but they have failed to take care of our trees in a timely manner, risking the health of our spruces. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Monster Tree treated the Spruce trees at Ms H*****'s request June 16 and July 20, 2021, June 23 and July 11, 2022, and we were late for the 2023 treatment, but from my conversation with our NE Certified Arborist / Operations Manager, the treatments appear to have been effective, as the trees didn't show bagworm pressure. We made a mistake in 2023 and have admitted as much with Ms H***** via phone and text, and we understand the BBB functions to help, but we're disappointed the forum was expanded to this after we thought we'd reached resolution. Regardless, and despite this 'gap', overall our systems and processes are arranged so our certified arborists and crew can be successful in delivering quality tree service and plant healthcare at effective pricing.

  They did finally come out and apply the second treatment. If you can’t trust customer service then you can’t trust the company. Dealing with this company was incredibly stressful. It’s the worst when a company makes you feel like a nag just because you’re trying to get in touch with them. Whenever I called about the first application, by their response to me, it sounded like I was bugging them. There were kinder people regarding the second treatment. Yes, between this and the last time we contracted them to cut another tree for which they never showed up, (and about which I didn’t complain because I was able to find another arborist) they have ruined their trust with us.

  My experience with Monster Tree Service of Omaha was excellent. They were professional, timely, competitively priced (but not cheap), courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and our trees were trimmed exactly as we discussed. The yard looks so much better. They were respectful of the rest of my yard and didn't trample all over other plants and bushes. They also did a great job cleaning up after all the tree trimming. I would definitely have them back again!
