    When I first found out about this class, it was to my understanding that I would not have to have any sort of license and that all my testing would be done by the help of them. My first day of class I was told I would not be able to drive until I have my learners permit. After the first day off class, no refunds were offered. I decided to stick out the class. As we furthered through the course, I was able to obtain my learners permit through the DMV. I then got my physical, which they didn’t pay for like I was told they would, I had to go back and redo my drug test, which they also didn’t pay for like they said. This was supposed to be a 5 week class. It’s now been going on for 7 weeks. I finished the driving portion and had my first test day. The test instructor was nothing but rude and disrespectful. I took the test and used the information my driving instructor had given me. I failed the first course and when I explained to the test instructor that that’s what my driving instructor told me, he said well he isn’t informed correctly, and that they wont fix that. But didn’t allow me to continue going. Just told me to come back another day in order to try again. I was not accurately prepared because of the lack of communication between the instructors and what they are teaching based off knowledge vs the criteria we need to know. I paid in full on the 24th of April started classes on the 29th. It’s now June 7, and I still have to show up next week to continue to try and pass my test. They set you up for failure. Someone is telling you something different anytime you speak to them. And instead of teaching you, they just degrade you.

    ***** passed and completed the program with Custom Diesel Drivers Training. He also passed his CDL testing and now has his CDL. He received all services described and now has his license in had due to the services he received and paid for.

    I gave them money for classes with in 24 hrs I decided not to take the classes this was October 30th 2023 they told me I’d have my refund within 40 days it’s now March 2024 and I’ve received none of it I received a email on December 19 stating it would be mailed out at the end of the year. I still haven’t received anything and *** will not return my phone calls or text messages

    3rd party PAID AND found cheaper for his cdl

    ****** was made aware at the time of payment and scheduling for his 3rd party training and testing that there were no refunds. His training date of October 14th 2023 arrived and ****** was a no show. Due to the no show we were un able to fill that training spot with another client.

    I am rejecting this response because:I called and made your business aware that I was cancelling my appointment 3 weeks prior. At that time I was informed that I would be receiving a refund minus a fee. I was also informed on 3 other occasions that I would be receiving a refund.

    I paid using my debit card. You can see on my bank statement that was provided previously and in the previous pdf files. On the date of 08/10 I had 2700.00 dollars paid to custom diesel drivers training
