Horrible customer service, rude/dismissive front reception, and poor quality patient care. I do not recommend this clinic. You are likely to waste your money by going here, so I’d recommend passing by and traveling down the road a bit to a better clinic with more helpful staff.

This person was not seen in our clinic. His wife was seen and wanted a prescription after being seen 17 days from her visit. We simply asked her to come back into the clinic to be reevaluated since it was almost 3 weeks from her initial visit. Instead of coming back to be reevaluated he would rather leave multiple bad reviews with no mention of the truth.Review fromSheryl K

5 starsAFC Urgent Care Eagle Run is a great as an urgent care and/or primary provider, no matter who I've seen - doctor, PA, NP, APRN. Whether going in for check-ups, health concerns or urgent care, the provider listened well and addressed the situation. If they didn't have an answer at that time, they researched the best ways to address the situation either while I was there or would call me with their findings. And the staff are also nice, well-informed, and helpful. This attention to detail is refreshing and why I trust them for my health care.
