      u pull it stole my car out of the impound parking lot without permission the staff all are rude and don’t seem to care that one of there tow truck drivers illegally loaded a car that didn’t belong to them nor was it on the roster of cars that they were supposed to tow
      they towed the car like it was just one of there junk cars in park the transmission is prolly messed up or something cuz they care nothing about anyone’s stuff i paid 1100 for this car plus rented a trailer to pick it up only to find it had been stolen by upullit cuz there tow guys don’t got there heads on straight

      U-Pull It Inc purchases approximately 25% of the total vehicles in this particular impound auction. The vehicles are typically wrecked and or abandoned vehicles unclaimed by the owner, and sold. by the city. The vehicle this incident occurred with was a wrecked vehicle that very much looks the part of what we purchase at this auction. Unfortunately this vehicle was not ours, and was not marked with our "U" to indicate a U-Pull It purchase. The tow truck driver mistakenly loaded the vehicle thinking it was ours, as the vehicle was set in the area with the remainder of our vehicles purchased from that weeks auction. It was an honest mistake and in no way was an attempt to get over on anyone. The impound facility is equipped with a myriad of cameras, and the city promptly told the rightful owner what had happened and to contact us about rectifying the issue. The customer contacted us and we were quick to verify via the vin # that this particular car was not ours. We had purchased one nearly identical and now had (2) one correct and one not ours. We made arrangements with the owner to return the vehicle to their residence and that was to occur Monday morning, as staffing on Sunday would not permit that to transpire. Monday approximately 930 am we returned the vehicle to the rightful owner, undamaged by us, to the owners residence and thought the issue to be resolved satisfactorily. My employee who returned the vehicle is a long time employee, respectful and professional. He apologized and made sure it was exactly where the owner wanted it to be.
