    ******,

We have told you that we need the vehicle brought to our lot and we can have our mechanics look at the vehicle and see if there is a way for us to help you out.  Up till now you have refused to get the vehicle to the lot.  We cannot diagnose and find a solution unless the vehicle is brought to the lot.  So we encourage you to get the vehicle to the lot and we will see what we can do once we are able to fully diagnose the problem and what the fix would be.

this is an ongoing problem, i bought a car there because i have bad credit and they accepted me. i was charged $********* for a 2007 ***** ***** with the bluebook value of $******** part of the agreement was that i paid $******** for warranty on the vehicle which includes transmission or anything with the engine. in September my water pump went out they told me it was not covered so i replaced it. then i noticed something a month half ago no heater an there was air bubbles in coolant so i called and they said if it is a head gasket it would not be covered, then i complained and they looked at it said it wasn't head gasket so i took it to another mechanic they said it is a head gasket so then today i took to get checked out at cars today Brad told me 1 hour ****** and i scheduled the appointment 1 month in advance. i got there today at 9 am i got off work at 230pm and it still wasn't done, then he hands me a bill said its ****** and i asked why its over priced now? he said we had to do some things and he then said if you want i can go to cameras and show you i said **** is the minimum i said no you said *** then he went in back told me he would look at cameras, he came back shortly stating he's not a liar and he doesn't have to prove anything, when he brought it up. so i said can i speak to your boss cause i dont have all the cash cause i saved the *** cause that's what you said he said you cannot have the car back and i am not allowed to speak to the boss, then i said can i speak to owner he said i am the boos/owner and i wont do anything for you
*he over charged me took advantage of me for a profit
    *he lied and degraded me
    * wont fix my car when there is a issue when i bought warranty and then refused to pay for any parts that bare included on warranty.
********** **** *** obviously is running a scam they sold me a lemon and are over charging people and refusing to help **** ********** *** ***********.
i hope you can understand how this is wrong

Mr. ******* bought a car from us and did purchase a warranty that covers the internal components of the engine and transmission. The warranty parts covered are clearly laid out on the contract that Mr. ******* signed and has a copy of. None of Mr. ********* complaints are warranty covered items. Mr. ******* was told multiple times that our labor rates were $***/hr and that he would be charged at a minimum of 1 hour. He knew he would be charged when he scheduled the appointment and when he dropped off the vehicle. Brad conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the conversation and Mr. ******* was the one who resulted to name calling during the conversation and Brad remained calm and professional throughout.

Mr. ******* was further only charged $******, which was for a heater core flush and to repair a corroded ground to the radiator fans. None of these are warranty items. If Mr. ******* would like to remove the warranty from his loan we would be more than happy to do so at a pro-rated rate based on how long he has had the vehicle.

Mr. ******* I would advise you to review your warranty paperwork which clearly lists the covered parts on your warranty. The engine is not a water pump or head gasket. The head gasket is not leaking as of the 2 times that the vehicle was brought in here. We preformed a head gasket sniff test both times the vehicle was here and both times it has passed. If the coolant system was compromised at the head gasket as you suggested there would be CO2 in the cooling system and the sniff test would have shown that. Under the warranty there would have to be a reason to replace the motor and currently there is not one. The offer to remove is completely your choice and the only reason it was brought up is because of your complaint.

Also, your claim that the vehicle was sold to you for ***** is also erroneous, the vehicle sales price was $******.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

When I first brought it in you tested and said it was leaking, then I came back hour later to pick up you said wasn't leaking then I brought it back and you said it wasn't leaking I went to ***** ********** and they said was leaking. I would believe you guys but what has corresponded I no longer do. I'm sorry I got price wrong it's ****** above blue book and there was **** in interest. So this is obviously not going any where I was treated rude and aggressively. I will be contacting other organizations and I would still like to speak with owner since I was lied to and was told by Brad he was owner
