  Amazing customer service! Financing is so easy and fast. Went to couple of banks and they had higher rates. I got the best term and rate with Effect Auto financing. Will be back for my next car.
  
  My brother just bought a vehicle from them last month. They hooked him up with the best deal. My family has a favorite place to shop for a car now.

  They also lied to me and blatantly lied to me about the history of a vehicle as well, even to the point of knowing it had been totaled and sold is as a clean title vehicle.

  You purchased a vehicle from us on 08/04/2022, almost two years ago. You came to our dealership with the worst possible attitude because you were unhappy with a Tahoe that you bought from another dealership 2 months prior. You liked our vehicle on the lot, you took the vehicle out on a test drive and we offered you to take it to a mechanic of your choice to check it out. We sell used cars and always disclose all the information with the customer. You were made aware of the vehicle history; we had three people working with you that day and each and every one remembers you very well.
  The vehicle you purchased was on the market for 6 days. We received the CLEAN TITLE on July 28, 2022 from the DMV, which we both have a copy of. On August 4th, 2022 you purchased the vehicle with a clean title that we had on hand. We helped you finance it as well. We overpaid for your trade-in, just to make you happy since you were frustrated with the dealership you bought it from overcharging you and leaving you upside down by a lot.
  First you called and accused us of charging you for the GAP insurance, which is false. You never purchased GAP insurance with us, as we did not offer GAP insurance at the time you purchased the vehicle. Our paperwork also shows there was no GAP insurance on you deal and you were never charged for it. Later on, you did admit that you were wrong, and you did not purchase GAP with us.
  I personally spoke to you couple of days ago on the phone. You were also very aggressive and disrespectful on the phone. The use of profane language is unacceptable! You told me you are got in an accident and owe 20K now and if we "agree to pay" that debt off you would not leave us a negative review. This is called EXTORTION!!!
  We go above and beyond for our customers and have been doing that for over 10 years now. But any aggression or profane language directed towards our staff will not be tolerated! We do our best to deal with clients but you attitude was one we cannot deal with.

  They were very nice in person, only to find that they blatantly lied about the history of the vehicle they sold to us.

  You purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester Limited on 11/07/23 at 7:52 p.m. the vehicle history is on the CARFAX report which was sent to you upon your request at 7:06 p.m.
  The vehicle history is all listed on CARFAX report. We kept our business open for you an hour part the closing time, giving you plenty of time to review the vehicle history that was shared with you. We disclosed every information, including vehicle history to you. Can submit the screenshots to you which will show the timing when you came to the lot, what time you took the vehicle out for a test drive, the time you brought it back, time when we sent you the CARFAX and when you completed your purchase.
