MR H***** CAME TO PAUL GERBER AUTO SALES AND CHOSE TO PURCHASE A 06 DODGE CHARGER. HE AGREED TO THE ASKING PRICE. INFORMED HIM THE CAR WAS A FRESH ARRIVAL AND HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED YET. WE PUT THAT IN WRITING. AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR IT NEEDED A MINOR REPAIR WHICH WE PERFORMED. MR HOWARD HAS NOT INFORMED US OF ANY ISSUES WITH THE REPAIR AT THIS TIME. PAUL GERBER AUTO SALES TAKES PRIDE IN PROFESSIONALISM AND WOULD NOT HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER.

2010 Malibu for my daughter on the test drive the check engine light was on, I questioned them about it they looked into it and said they took care of it. One oil change later the transmission went out without a warning light. While talking to the service manager he stated the check engine light will not come on if it's for the transmission. That is in fact a lie. I feel like they disarmed the check engine light to make a sell. Upon me calling him out on his lie he got upset and told me to pick the car up or he would get it towed to the impound. I never cussed nor threatened besides getting a lawyer do to the check engine light being disarmed. He said he didn't know anything about it.

PG AUTO SALES IS THE SCUM OF THE EARTH.. THEY NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT THAT SOUNDS TRULY AMAZING ONLY TO GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEN SCREW YOU OVER BY BACKING OUT OF ANY NEGOTIATIONS THAT THEY MADE. BRIAN AND HIS 5 STAR TEAM ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT... C***. I STRONGLY URGE AGAINST BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.. BECAUSE OF THEM NOT HONORING OUR CONTRACT BY WAY OF NOT HELPING WITH REPAIRS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, I AM NOW BEING SUED AND GARNISHED BECAUSE I HAD TO RELEASE THE CAR BACK TO THEM.. IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND I COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T RUN.. IN RETURN THEY ARE PUSHING ME TO THE BRINK OF BEING DESTITUTE AND HOMELESS..
