I am very disappointed in this business. Sold us a vehicle with a compromised tire, lied about condition. Over 30 days and I still have not received title, will not return my calls.

Hi Danielle, the tire was not compromised at the time of sale. Our mechanics check and inspect all the tires prior to listing a vehicle for sale and if they are not up to our safety standards, they are replaced as part of our reconditioning process. As you wrote in your other reviews, the tire salesman sold you multiple tires and this is where you got the information from. Unfortunately we've seen other shops say things like this to get a sale. It's also possible you damaged it when driving on it. Regardless, we've called you several times and you have not returned our calls. You are welcome to call our service manager John to discuss further. Thank you.

So they push you to buy their insurance policy!. I have been trying to cancel the policy for about 4 weeks!! I have called the dealership in numerous occasions requesting to speak to “JJ” and have yet to get a call !! There is always an excuse and his voicemail is full!! No stars for this dealership!! They are unworthy would definitely not recommend them!!

Hi Carol, we don't have our own insurance polices we sell. We do sell third party GAP Insurance and extended warranties which we highly recommend to our customers. All vehicles new and used are guaranteed to break at some point. It's just a matter of when and when. We confirmed JJ's voicemail box is not full and he has only received one call from you which he returned with no answer. He is in the office this week if you need to reach him and we will have him reach out to you again. Thank you.

I wish i could give zero stars! I purchased a 2018 Mazda CX9. Less than 3 days of purchasing the vehicle, the transmission was having all kinds of issues jumping in and out of gears. I do not know how they let this car off the lot. Its like no one ever drove it because they would have immediately known something was wrong. They said they would look at it and take care of it. They already had my old vehicle. Almost died on the highway a few times. Five months and 100 emails later, the problem still wasn't fixed. They never reached out first to give me an update. I had to pry it out of them. I settled on a 2019 Mazda CX9. I believe this company is trying to kill me and my family.
The 2019 Mazda was leaking gas and I noticed when i parked the car in my garage and my whole house smelled like a gas leak for days. Everyone in the house woke up lightheaded. We had to call MUD to come out and tell us that the gas levels were high and to not be in the house for a couple days. Fast forward six months, I assumed everything must be OK, until my brakes started squealing. I assumed it must have been a rock. The car had less than 1000 miles on it when i purchased it, it couldn't have been bad brakes.
The brakes were metal on metal. The rotors were bent and clearly manipulated.. I drove less than a year on a vehicle with worn down brakes and rotors that could have given out at any time. There were other problems that were found once the brakes and rotors were being replaced. There are different sized bolts (17 and 19) used for the brake calipers. The cam bolt is bent and clearly manipulated and the gas tank cover is torn. I am afraid to check anything else on this car. 3 reasons why a company would sell a vehicle like this; laziness, incompetence, or greed. I feel like it's a combination of all three. Speaking with management they gave us an excuse and blamed us for the damages. I have a warranty. Zero leadership, zero accountability. Recommend going elsewhere for your safety.

We are more than happy to look at the vehicle again. The gas leak was repaired approximately one year ago. When the vehicle was brought back to us to inspect it about the brake complaint, the vehicle had already been worked on by another shop. We cannot be responsible or know what was done to a vehicle after a year of driving and another shop work worked on the vehicle. There were no issues with the brakes at the time of sale. The warranty is still valid on the vehicle. Our service manager responded via email since the original phone number provided to us at the time of sale had been changed. If you need anything further, please contract us directly. Thank you.

As explained in the pictures we sent you, we tried to figure out why the back breaks had much less padding than the front brakes. Upon taking it in to a trusted tire shop, before replacing the brakes and rotors, they took photographs first and showed us the previous damage. For us to "hit" something, there would have been significant damage to the car and undercarriage and not in one specific spot. It is near the torn gas cover that still almost killed my family and I that we believed you repaired. After seeing the many negative BBB complaints, we should have known better. We did purchase the warranty but your completely unprofessional service manager, who claimed he didn't have our contact information. He had our email and other contact numbers and chose not to reach out. When we did call him about the issues, he seemed irate during the call even though it took us nearly 6 months to even get this car since you all couldn't figure out the transmission issues with the first car. Before he hung up on me, he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do for me. After investigating the car's previous damage, it was not anywhere near the areas where you claimed the damage was. Our trusted certified mechanic shop even stated that until that cambolt is fixed/replaced/repaired there will always be issues with those rear brakes and motors wearing out unevenly and an alignment will be extremely difficult or impossible. Obviously we are not going to come to a resolution after your service "manager" hung up on me and told me there was nothing he could do for us. Whats the point of the warranty then? I hope a future customer sees this review and decides against buying from here.

Bought a car for my son to drive back and forth to Ames for college car has been in our possession for 2 1/2weeks come to find out the drivers side air bag has been removed along with the horn dealer states will not do anything sold as is! Well I don’t believe it’s legal to sell a car without unless it didn’t come with one ( like in the 80’s) we’ll never do business with them again and I think the owner should hire qualified people and more professional people! Maybe stand behind your vehicles! Please please save your money and shop other dealerships

If the vehicle was missing an airbag at the time of sale, the airbag light would have been on. The airbag system does a full check on startup which is why the airbag light flashes initially on startup and then disappears once all circuits signal functioning. This would have been detected by our mechanics who inspected the vehicle and the customer at the time of sale. We are not sure what is going on here, but are happy to have our mechanics take a look at the vehicle. Please contact our service manager John Nickels for further assistance. Thank you.

This place is a joke. I bought a 2015 Infiniti Q70L with 50k miles. It hasn't even been 6 months since I bought a vehicle from them, and I have already put thousands of dollars into fixing it. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to ever do business with them. They are selling vehicles they are fixing just to get back onto the road. Nothing about the vehicle was as advertised. Aside from the body damage that they clearly did a half-ass job fixing, the engine work and overall condition of the vehicle is trash. The radiator blew a week after receiving the vehicle. There was a misfire in the engine that caused the vehicle to have no acceleration, and now very recently we make a left turn, and it sounds like the engine falls out of the vehicle and we can no longer drive it. We have now gotten it towed to a mechanics' shop. The right front axle has gone out and the driver's side intake duct is torn. To fix both will cost me another $2300. For the love of God anyone who reads this, please don't make the same excuse I have made and stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I declined the warranty, which is maybe shame on me but the fact that they are selling vehicles in this sort of shape is appalling. I am sure once they read this, they will tell me that this was all done by me and that their ASE certified Technicians inspected the vehicle and none of these issues were caught. Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Hi Ramon, sorry to hear you had issues with your vehicle. We researched this and saw you were offered an optional nationwide extended warranty that would have covered all of the repairs you're mentioning but you declined that coverage. Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle, the manufacture's warranty expired and we strongly recommend all of our customer's get an extended warranty. It's a guarantee all vehicles new and used are going to have mechanical repairs needed. It's simply a matter of when and what is going to fail. With a vehicle that's nearly 8 years old, it's going to have repair issues in its future and those cannot always be detected or predicted by any mechanic. We're always more than happy to offer you a goodwill gesture and have our team of technicians look at your vehicle at no charge and offer you a goodwill discounted repair. Unfortunately without an extended warranty, we cannot pay for repairs on your vehicle after the purchase. If you need anything further, please contact us directly. Thank you.

I understand that used vehicles come with a risk. But to say that none of this was detectable is a lie. You all know what you are doing to customers and what kind of shady business practices you are using. You can tell me and countless others that we were offered a warranty, declined and that it's on us and whatever else. But the fact of the matter is that you guys are not selling vehicles as advertised and if you truly are using certified mechanics there isn't a chance in hell that they wouldn't have caught any of the 3 issues I have had with the vehicle. I have texts and emails from your sales rep telling me how clean this vehicle was, and no body damaged and that the repairs to it were done excellently. You guys are clever with the pictures you post. The fact of the matter is that when I received the vehicle there is a crack in the back bumper, the trunk wasn't sitting flush with the car, therefore allowing water to leak in, and there was another crack that looks like you or your people used touch up paint or nail polish to try and cover. One of the rear exhausts was dented and cracked, your sales rep told me he personally cleaned the interior, and it was a mess upon receiving it from the delivery driver. Spider webs all over, trash in the backseat. These were all minor issues compared to the major repairs I have had to pay for in the short time of having the car. Not even one week into having the vehicle the radiator completely blows. I hadn't even put 200 miles on it at that point. Then after fixing that I am driving and lose the ability to accelerate. That repair bill was in the thousands. Now the most recent repair is we are driving and the right front axle broke and there is a tear in the drivers side intake duct. That bill just cost me $2500 after all was said and done. You can tell me that "It's a guarantee all vehicles new and used are going to have mechanical repairs needed. It's simply a matter of when and what is going to fail. With a vehicle that's nearly 8 years old, it's going to have repair issues in its future and those cannot always be detected or predicted by any mechanic." But the fact of the matter is these are ALL issues that an ASE-certified mechanic should notice. Not to mention that the vehicle only had 50xxxx miles on it when I bought it. Issues of these sorts should not be happening. I don't expect you all to understand or do anything about it, I just feel like others should know about your shady business practices. Such a shame that you all are profiting off of people's hard earned money and are not accountable for the false things you are telling the customers. My goal is to make sure as many people stay away from your dealership as possible. If this post even helps one person in their decision making process and helps lead them elsewhere I am good with that.

Hi Ramon, I assure you were not aware of any issues with your vehicle prior the sale. We have a team of mechanics on staff and we inspect all vehicles prior to sale and make any needed repairs that are detected prior to listing the vehicles for sale. Like we previously stated, we strongly recommend our high quality nationwide extended warranties an all vehicles but you chose to decline this optional coverage. In regards to the pictures, we have an entirely separate inventory team that photographs and lists our vehicles online. They have no connection with our sales team and have no vested interest in misrepresenting vehicles. We take all of our pictures in the natural daylight and all of our pictures are 100% unedited for full transparency. Our vehicles are fully detailed so if there was any trash in the vehicle, we would need to address this with the transport company. This is the first we're hearing of this. It appears that this complaint would not be happening if you would have chosen to go with the extended warranty we offered you. Radiator and axels are both covered components. Also, your claimed repair cost of $2,500 for those items seems extremely high so you should follow up with whatever shop you chose to do your repair work. As previously stated, we cannot pay for your repairs without the extended warranty you chose to decline, but as a one time goodwill gesture, we're more than happy

As a one time goodwill gesture, youre more than happy to do what?

I assure you I took it to more than one repair shop and they were all around the same cost for repairs. The car is undrivable until I get it fixed. It is so very disappointing. I understand what you are saying in regard to me declining the optional coverage, but I still maintain that majority of vehicles should not be having anywhere near these types of issues when they only have 50k for miles. There is ZERO chance that this vehicle was detailed prior to my receiving it. As previously stated, there were spider webs in it and other trash and debris underneath the seats. But those are small issues compared to the nightmare issues we have dealt with in repairs and the overall condition of the vehicle. Had it been stated when purchasing, no big deal. But that is not what was in the description and not what YOUR sales rep text me as far as the condition of the vehicle. Stop blaming me and other customers just like me for not purchasing the extended warranty.

      The Internet Car Lot

      Date: 02/01/2023

We apologize but the BBB cut off our response. We're more than happy to do a one-time goodwill gesture of inspecting your vehicle and making any needed repairs at a deep discount. We're not blaming you for not purchasing an extended warranty, but we're making it known that you were offered an extended warranty that would have paid for the repairs (and all future repairs) that you're complaining about but you chose to decline that coverage. You are however blaming us for the repairs needed on your vehicle. If you need anything further, please contact us directly. Thank you.

************************* They sold me a ******** srx my last review laid out the whole story, but long story short, they sold me a car that developed a loud noise after a few months of having it. I took it in to them and they said it wasn't covered under their garbage warranty and they tried to charge me $2000 because they said it needed a new catalytic convertor that of course their inspection didn't catch, I refused to pay them for it, and they told me to take it somewhere else, I did just that. I took it to an exhaust specialist and he fixed my car for $140. That's right, not $2000 like *************** quoted but $140. So I want whoever reads this review to be absolutely aware about what doing business with ************** entails. I would highly, and I mean highly recommend not doing business ****************** in any way. I learned my lesson, I hope you don't have to.

Hi James, our senior ASE Master Technician diagnosed your car to need a replaced catalytic converter due to failure by design. The manufactures warranty had expired on the converter and it simply failed due to age. No extended service contract covers converters and the manufacture's warranty had expired on it as well. If you had it fixed for $140, it is most likely an illegal fix where the converter was bypassed and the pipe was cut which is against EPA regulations and will not pass an inspection. We do not do these types of repairs. If you need anything further, please let us know. Thank you.

I'll make sure to pass along to the highest rated exhaust specialists in Omaha, that the lowest rated car dealership in Omaha thinks they are doing illegal work, which they didn't, but I'm sure they'd love to hear about it nonetheless.
