I purchased a 2010 Infiniti QX56 on 7.8.2023 for a cash price of $8777. I drove the vehicle for a little over a month before it went back to permanently sit at the dealership until I sold it to another used car dealership today.

About two weeks after I bought it the check engine light came on. A week or two later, the same thing happened. Both times I brought it back to the dealership. They "fixed" it. A few days after I got it back the second time, the engine light came on again. They told me they were booked for two weeks solid and to take it to a ASE certified mechanic for warranty work. I took this vehicle to AAMCO where they quoted me almost $6400 worth of repairs, several issues being of safety concerns, including a side arm bar that needed replacing. The vehicle also sat and drove crooked, tilting to the left.

T's Auto had me drop off the vehicle on 8.17.23 where the back and forth process of- "we'll fix it" went on until 9.22.23 where I finally decided to take the vehicle elsewhere and sold it.

T's Auto also sold me a power train warranty that didn't actually cover repairs of any merit for $2170 (shown on my bank statement). (The salesperson told me it would cover bumper to bumper for 36 months.) Their paperwork/books show this warranty was sold for $1700. I am supposed to be receiving a refund for the warranty of around $1500 within 30 days, but I do not trust a single word they have said. I have wasted so much time and money at this dealership, it is quite possibly one of the worst experiences of my car purchasing history.

I am now out $5777 on this car that I drove for barely a month plus the money I had to eat from the warranty cost. To say I am an unhappy customer hardly scratches the surface of this ordeal.

***** purchased a vehicle with a power train warranty plus as her paperwork she received showed her. The car she purchased they took for an over night test drive to make sure everything was perfect for them. They requested two repairs and we fixed them accordingly. They then chose to purchase the vehicle and the warranty. She purchased a 13 year old high line car with 150k plus miles on it. Unfortunately, sometimes these vehicles break and when they break they are quite expensive to repair, hence the reason we try to offer the best warranty coverage so the customer is never out of pocket or their risk is minimal. ***** brought he issues up to us and brought the vehicle back which we repaired a couple different times and also tried to get her into a newer vehicle that was much more her speed with less headaches as a high line vehicle would be. Unfortunately, her credit and payment history as well as the fact they had no real address and seem to be homeless at the time prevented any financial institution from wanting to give her a loan. We gave ***** a vehicle to drive for over a month while we tried to help her. The Infinti was never undrivable we just were trying to help as much as we can. ***** found the car she wanted test drove it and kept it for a night and made her choice to buy it. We tried to help her pick another vehicle and we tried to help her finance something. We want to sell everyone cars that have no issues and are perfect sadly that is not always how it works but we then go above and beyond to help. after many many hours trying to help we decided there was nothing left we could offer and ***** made the choice to go elsewhere. Everyone knows when you buy a vehicle and trade it in with in a month or two you always lose a little bit of money. The vehicle was definitely worth more than what she got rid of it for but I cannot be held accountable for the choices of another adult. T's auto went miles above to help ***** and at this point in time we are moving on.

We are not going to go back and forth all day. We did what we always do and that’s take care of a customer. Warranty refunds take 4-6 weeks thru the company they bought the warranty with this has nothing to do with us. Whatever warranty company they have is who issues refund. We wish ***** the best.

This is quite possibly the worst business deal I have ever done. They will never admit to their mistake and I don't feel like going back and forth with them either. They are conducting BAD business. Period.

Need to withdraw my complaint. They are doing everything to fix the problem. And make it right they are doing a good job making sure I'm taking care of. It was miscommunication on both parts
