I am making this complaint on behalf of ****** ****, Flywheel account holder, as authorized tech support for ProColor Inc., the account holder's business.

On November 28, 2023 the hosting subscription with Flywheel was renewed in the amount of $5,362.00 US for one year of hosting. The hosting plan was a custom plan to accommodate 76 WordPress websites. The issue that arose from this plan was a diminished performance of the websites in loading speed and response time. Such diminished performance was the result of exceeding the monthly allotment of website visits.

The Account Manager with Flywheel, ******* *******, communicated with us about the overages and indicated we would need to upgrade our hosting to accommodate the increased visits, requiring that we pay additional amounts for that upgrade.

Upon deeper review we discovered our hosting was allotted 80,000 visits per month for 76 websites, whereas the Flywheel pricing page indicates an allotment of 400,000 visits for just 30 websites.

    Ref: https:/************************/

We should reasonably expect 800,000 visits for the number of websites on our custom hosting plan but Account manager ******* ******* does not appear willing to admit the inequity of that allotment. Our clients' websites have suffered adverse affects from this performance drop and the account is not being fixed. The only offered resolution by Flywheel is for us to pay more for a new plan.

We would like the resources properly allotted for our hosting. An offer of extended service or discount for the difficulties caused by this performance drop would be an appropriate gesture, but we won't hold our breath for that. We do want a proper performance and resources allocation for our hosting.

    Good Morning,

We have heard back from Flywheel and they have finally, according to our request, increased our web hosting allotment of monthly visits from 80,000 to 800,000.  This matter is now resolved and I thank you for your assistance in its resolution.

    Regards,

    ***** ****
