      I am very upset with this business! We made a purchase from them and got a Confirmation No. and all. Only to find out a couple days later that a couple of the items purchased would have to be ordered and would not be available for 2 weeks and there concern was in Shipping what they had or wait till they received the short items. We responded our choice. After a day we heard from them again regarding the price of a couple of the items. They said a couple of the items we paid for were not correct and our bill would be x amount higher and how we wanted to handle it. I responded a message or two to them with my dissmay and thought it wasn't our fault and that we felt they should honor it and not renege on a legitimate sale. A gal with 11 years of experience was incharge of the pricing. There excuse was that the business was going to a *** transition and that was partly why. What are my rights with this company regarding the sale? I feel they should honor the sale or give me an offer that I can't refuse.
