    I placed an order (******) on March 31st, for 2 football mouth guards and 2 sleeves shirts. I received a small package on April 6th, 2023. When I opened the package it was only the two boxes with the mouth pieces inside. I figured the two shirts would probably be coming later in a separate package as a lot of shipments do. On April 17th I emailed customer service to inform them that the shirts were not in the package I received nor had they arrived separately either. I didn't receive a response. On April 21st I emailed again asking for an update or response to my email. They responded that the warehouse does a weight check to ensure the items are in the bag and that the picture that ***** sent them the photo of the package delivered which coincides with the package that left their warehouse. I also have the photo of the package delivered, however, the shirts were not inside. I replied again that the shirts were not in the package and if they were sure another package wasn't sent. I received an automatic reply stating that customer service would be out of office that weekend and returning on Monday, but I haven't gotten a response after that. At this point I just want a refund for the two shirts that were each $*****. ** ** **** *** *** ** * ******** ****** *** I order from Battle a lot because I do like the brand, but this is my first experience with customer service and unfortunately it hasn't been a pleasant one.
