    Hired mentioned company to order and install shower glass and door.
    Approx 8 months after install of the door, it would not open without hitting the curb into the shower.
    Took 2-3 weeks before house call was made.
    Technician stated if this happens again, call and they would replace the hinges on the door as they have had issues with them. approx 1 month later same problem re-occurs. The door is "slipping" from the hinges and sagging again making the door hit the curb, now there is a chip in the lower corner of the door from it hitting when opening and closing the door. Possible that incorrect support was used when the glass and door was installed. I'm not the pro here. Requested new hinges on 11-9-24
    Have called and texted numerous times asking when new hinges will be in and the response is, they are not in yet, will call when in. Should also mention the zero communication from them unless prompted by me for a response. Please see this from my side, you are a consumer as well.
    I have called the manufacture of the hinges and they are in stock and have plenty of them available, they are warrantied by them. The hinge company is located in Kansas City and would be a 1-2 day shipping to get them. So this tells me that they have never been ordered. FRUSTRATING, as all that we want is what we paid for and to work correctly.
    I have hired another "person" to come make an adjustment as it needed to be corrected before more damage is done. Now slipping again of course. The hinges are faulty or the wrong type was used. I want the door replaced with proper hinges used. This has been strung out way tooooo long. And now here we are in Jan of 2025.
