  I took a 2022 kia sorento in for a sunroof replacement because the movable part shattered. After having it for 3 weeks and us calling multiple times for a status update we were finally told that insurance wasn't approving repairs. Insurance wasn't approving because glass doctor wouldn't send pics of damage so after I sent pics a whole sunroof was approved. New glass showed up on friday and installed monday. upon pick up I found a dent on the top and scratches on the B-pillar and was told by the owner that no car has ever left there with damage they did. On the way home I could hear glass moving around in the headliner. Looking deeper the bolts that hold the movable glass weren't tight, one was missing and 2 were phillips head not the factory torx head. Also found the plastic sliders on the movable glass were broke and laying in the slider channel. After my insurance contacted the owner he admitted that his workers were trying to make a quick buck, so admitted insurance fraud. I called the owner to get my deductible back and he got mad at me and was very unprofessional and told me he would need the glass back if I wanted a refund, even after admitting insurance fraud and damaging my vehicle. Be very careful if you decide to take anything to this place!!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I took a 2017 Subaru legacy in for a front windshield replacement it also has active lane assistance so with replacement of the windshield requires the cameras to be re-calibrated . After receiving the vehicle the cameras did not work properly and where intermittent at best , there was a giant scratch on the hood of the car , the windage tray that surrounds the wiper blades didn’t have any mounting hardware to secure the panel down , the windshield wipers also wouldn’t spray due to the hose being shoved under the fender and pinched off , the black adhesive promoter they put on the base of the car structure to help promote adhesion with the sealant and prevent future corrosion was lathered on so thick in some places and thin on others on both the LH and RH A-Pilar’s you could also see bare metal areas where the promoter was thin, there was also a horrible squeak coming from the bottom LH side of the windshield you couldn’t drive a foot without the windshield making a noise . We took it back to them to have these issues fixed and was quickly meet with the typical excuse of well it came in like that. They said they would order new clips for the windage tray they ordered the wrong ones and also forgot once again to put all of the clips back missing a total of 3 clips and 3 clips improperly fastened. They did take the car on a test drive to figure out the squeak when they came back they said it’s either a window seal leaking or something in the dash is broke and handed me the keys . Zero attempt was made to right a wrong. This company is an absolute joke and deserves zero business.

  Worst experience ever.
  Had windshield replaced and they couldnt get the side moldings fastened. They didnt know what that were doing. The said these are "tricky". 3 times they redid the moldings and i still had someone else fix it right. One of the times it actually blew off the car. That whole area was exposed all winter to the weather. While they were removing the excessive amount of glue they applied, they ripped off my paint. Then they claimed it could have been rust. Well duh probably was rust there, Matt, after your molding failed and blew off my car. Owner is horrible to deal with also. Hes a "righteous man". ******
