      I bought a boat from a dealership in Oneill Nebraska when I got home I noticed damage on the boat that wasn't noticed when buying stopped payment on the check and called the dealership to return and they said we will see you court

      *** ***** ******** was given ample time (over two hours) to complete inspection of the pre-owned **** **** **** Rebel boat that he ultimately purchased.  The minor cosmetic damage was clearly visible and disclosed to him and the other party that viewed and inspected the boat with him on 02/24/24.  This cosmetic damage does not impede the performance of the boat in any way and in fact *** ******** was given the name and phone number of the previous owner of the boat to confirm this information.  *** ******** was presented the boat, trailer, and titles the day of the purchase 02/24/24.  He issued a personal check to Wm* ******* **. on the same day 02/24/24.  He then proceeded on 02/26/24 to call and demand the boat be returned and stated he had already put a stop payment on his check.  This was a direct fraudulent act by the buyer **** ***** ********* on the selle* **** ******* **** that could potentially end as a felony according to ******** *** *** * ***** ******* ************

      *** ******** was advised by our dealership to speak with counsel after our discussion with the ******** *** *** * ***** ******* ************  *** ******** called on 02/28/24 and indicated that upon discussion with counsel he would be keeping the boat and trailer.  We believe this matter to be resolved and settled by all parties.
