    On January 12, 2024 I placed an order with getengravings.com for a men's 14k gold photo pendant memorial necklace for $65.93.
    I noticed in the confirmation of purchase email the details were for a rose gold necklace however, I did not want rose gold and I also did not select any color because yellow gold is preselected for this item.
    I checked the website for contact information and read their return policy which details" your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry or a piece of jewelry with an error, please notify us immediately via email"
    I notified them via email and was told by Jon Querab, they cannot stop the order and I requested return information. The address for the business on the website does not appear to be an actual address, ***** ***** ****** Osmond, NE..... I received no response from ***.
    Two weeks later the necklace arrived (much later than scheduled), hideous with a stained pink image inside. I once again requested the return information but was told, G.E. does not return customized items. Even though their entire website is customizable items. I also did not get any engravings on the items and the picture in the necklace can be removed and resold to another party. I am very disappointed and want my money back in order for me to purchase my husband's anniversary gift from a reputable company.
