    Learned my lesson the hard way by not looking for a business with BBB accreditation. Diverse Epoxy and I agreed on a job to be done with a final price of $****.00 and to begin the middle of October. A down payment was given, photos were exchanged and a site visit took place. A clear view of my vision was expressed. The result they left me with was nothing compared to the job they were hired to do. The floor looked like a child painted it, every crack and defect of the underlying concrete was visible plus their attempted patchwork of the concrete was breaking up off the floor in chunks with the epoxy layer attached. It was not even close to smooth and fluid as it should have been. Upon their request for the remainder of the amount due I expressed my high dissatisfaction and we agreed to touch base after Christmas with them providing samples of what they could do to fix the mess. Fast forward to April and I had not heard anything from them despite my comments on their Facebook that I was interested in different options they featured. I text the owner with my desire for the job to be complete by May 1st to accommodate my son’s graduation reception. We agreed on a style and set a date. The day before the work was to start back up she text me that I needed to pay her an additional $*** for the new layer she needed to put down to fix the mess they left the first time. I objected to the notion that I would pay for her errors and decided at that time to cancel any future dealings plus requested my down payment be returned. After exchanging photos she agreed it was horrible and embarrassing and agreed to send me a refund. Almost 3 weeks later after I called and texted, she advised they decided not to refund me after all and said they would repair it without the $*** extra charge. I declined as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and don’t stand behind their workmanship. It took me posting a bad review of their company to finally retrieve my refund. Awful Customer Svc!

    At 10:16pm on 5/2/23 the owner of Diverse proceeded to text me to call me a psycho - I assume becasue I posted this review. I believe that speaks for itself.
