I have included pics from communication with *******  As you will see in the call log, he did not contact me back until the next day to tell me he didn't like the equipment.  The equipment was tested after install and again before leaving my shop, and everything worked properly.  He called and told me he couldn't do it because of his disability.  I informed ****** that by law I can not do anything without it being scheduled and given the ok from Lifesafer.  I am a installer for them.  I told him he will need to contact Lifesafer to get it removed. They do have records from the last 3-4 weeks from the contact with ******.  They are aware of everything that has went on with ****** and a lady who contacted me named ******* ****, who informed me she was his attorney in Florida.  I informed her, when she called me, that she would have to contact Lifesafer to get anything done.  I am just the equipment installer.  I gave her the ###-###-#### customer service line to call, she was annoyed and kept trying to get me to do it.  I told her 6 times I could not do anything without Lifesafers direction.  She was very annoyed with that response and ended the call.  He has text, messengered me, threatening me that he would sue me and ruin my company with all the bad reviews.  I do have more communications between ****** and I, including swearing and threatening, but I will leave that for my lawyer incase this escalates.  I instructed ****** that I could not do anything without Lifesafer telling me to do it, they have to follow the law in each state.  I gave him phone numbers to call, and he kept telling me to call them and get it fixed he couldn't understand them.  If the BBB wants to look into this properly, contact - *****************************.  They have made records from all of his calls and mine.  I called to inform them after every communication with ****** and his "attorney".  Look at the pics I have included from the text string and messengers he had sent me.  He is a unhappy customer because of the situation he was in, and is trying to take it out on a small company who has done nothing wrong.  I am the installer of the equipment and that's it.  The equipment was installed and worked properly when he left the shop.  Tested multiple times.  I do have the call logs from ****** contacting me and me contacting ******.  Please keep me informed on this as I do not want this to impact my company.  I think as you can see I have done nothing wrong.  Thanks!

Good morning, what is happening with this complaint and response?  I have to leave town tomorrow for a funeral, and want to have this wrapped up by the time I leave.  I will be gone for a while and will not have much access to internet.  Please let me know what's happening and what the next steps are.  Thanks!
