    In July 2023, I hired Taylor Made Construction (TMC) to construct a 4ft high wood fence the length of my backyard (95ft). The fence was installed in Oct 2023. In April 2024 I noticed a sprinkler was not working and additionally noticed a puddle next to fence. I called TMC, Matt said because they can't detect PVC sprinkler lines, this is why need of sprinkler insurance. I said that makes sense. He said he or someone would stop by sometime within the week or next to fix it, as it's an easy fix. No one showed up. I called back later in summer (since we had wet spring) asking when they'd fix it. He gave same response. I called a month later (July 2024) and asked once again when can he fix the sprinkler. He gave same response and he never came out or fixed it. I paid $125 for sprinkler insurance. It cost me over twice that amount to have it fixed. I just want it to be known with BBB and that people are aware of this guy's business practice. Though it would also be nice if I could be reimbursed of the $125 sprinkler insurance.

    I contracted with them to build a vinyl fence at my house. They wanted 50% down which I find normal. I have not heard from them since I paid them on 11/6/23. I have been calling them last 2 days and no response. I am thinking that I have been scammed.

    The business has responded yesterday, and said they were on vacation.     As of now they say they will start work this week.  Time will tell if I have any more complaints.  I. will tell you if they are doing what they say.
