  Unethical and rude business.
  I called this business 4/20/23 and asked if they had a specific garage remote control opener. I gave the specific model number and was told "yes we have that remote in stock. It is $** plus tax". I immediately went to the store requested this item by model number. The worker immediately brought over a different remote which I explained was NOT the model I needed and I had just called and was told the one I needed was in stock. Another employee took the 3X5 card I had the model number on and went down the nearby basement stairs without saying anything to me. This worker returned with the correct model five minutes later. The first worker immediately began entering data into her terminal and then said it was $**. I explained I was told a few minutes earlier by phone it was $**. I was rather rudely told that $** was the price. I suggested this was unethical "bait and switch" and was told, "it's $** , not $**...our remotes begin at $** but not this one". I explained again I was quoted $** and was again rudely told "it's $** do you want it or not? I went ahead with the purchase, but then knocked on the adjacent open office door and asked the gentleman there (who probably heard the conversation) if he was a manager. His reply a curt "I could be". I explained what was unethical behavior. He listened and then said, "people sometimes have bad days". I requested the $** quoted price and he replied, "if you find the item at a lower price, buy it, we will allow you to return this one for a full refund". I said this was not satisfactory and he stated, "I will talk to my people about this" and dismissed me. There is a very rude culture here with little regard to the customer......which is so unusual in the Omaha area.

  We're sorry you had a bad experience. Sometimes when Customers try to explain the product they need, in your case it was a model #, they make mistakes telling a Customer how much transmitters are. Again, we can only train our Employees better to help serve the Customers better. We will honor a full refund if you would like to return the item you were miss quoted. Again, we can only apologize for the misinterpretation of what you needed & the exact price you should of been quoted.

  Technician called before they came to the house and troubleshot the problem without them having to come out to the house. That is superior service as far as I'm concerned. Recommend them highly.
