    Great communications. Outstanding work! They replaced my roof and gutters and painted my house. I would use them again in the future for any of those services. Tom is a pleasure to work with. Be sure to get a bid from Papio Exteriors before choosing a contractor!

    Papio Exteriors was great to work with! They came on a Friday both to inspect my roof and decided it was bad enough that it needed to be tarped asap. They sent someone out right away, on Sat morning, and had it tarped quickly in order to protect it from any possible rain. Tom said it didn't matter if I went them or not, he just wanted to make sure there wasn't more damage. Glad I did go with them. They got me on the schedule very quickly and had it done in one day! They also did a great job cleaning everything up and not leaving a bunch of nails in the lawn! Highly recommend!

    I selected Papio Exteriors to replace my roof due to hail damage. Throughout the experience the owner Tom was very responsive, respectful, and honest and easy to work which is key for me, with great communication before and after the work was completed. They handled everything with my insurance company, and their craftsmanship and professionalism was exactly what I hoped for. I would definitely recommend Papio Exteriors.

    Did a great job keeping the price reasonable. Gave great advice about which shingles to use for hail damage prevention and insurance premium discounts. Great job matching gutter color to house color. Communicated quickly when we had questions.

    Tom stopped by to inspect our roof after the storm we had. Fortunately, everything looked good! I also inquired about a ceiling stain we have and was advised that it's from condensation, not a leak. He showed us how to adjust the humidifier and what setting to put it on for the winter months. That should take care of the issue. He was thorough, friendly and courteous.
    We will give him a call when it does come time for a new roof!
