1 starThey started repairs and then disappeared. Work went unfinished and contacting **** (owner) has been extremely challenging. I would avoid at all costs simply because their promises did not hold water.Review fromTim P

The Quality of work was great! exterior and interior efforts resulted in high quality repair: siding, painting, roofing and interior drywall repair. Their scheduling and customer service upfront was a challenge (don't know why), but we worked through it).

We were victims of a violent hail storm back in 2022 and so I went ahead and search for companies to bid for repairs. After all of the companies we interviewed, Jared from Siefken stole our hearts and eased our concerns.
Not only was he very responsive, he also followed through with everything he told us he was going to do. The workers were great and did not bother us at all. When things were not right like a break on a new siding due to workers, it was replaced the very next day.
This was the first time that my family and I had to get repairs on our home but now we have new sidings, new roof, new gutters and downspouts, new front windows, new storm doors, new garage doors, and a power-washed & repainted deck. We practically have a new house from the outside. We even got additional vents to our roof since it wasn't up to code. Things that we didn't even think of, they covered.
It was also a very smooth transaction between insurance, Siefken, and my family. We had peace of mind and can't thank them enough! I would recommend Siefken to everyone that needs repairs!Siefken Contracting, Inc.

My wife and I had Siefken handle storm damage repairs on both of our properties following the Derechos that passed through the state a couple of years ago. They did a really great job on both homes, and we will definitely use them again if we have more work to be done. Highly recommend them!Siefken Contracting, Inc.

5 starsSiefken Contracting did our kitchen + basement remodel after our house flooded. They did an amazing job - from being there to help us negotiate with our insurance company, to helping us choose materials, to getting the remodel done in a timely fashion. Ryan and his team were friendly, professional, and readily available at all times. The subcontractors were friendly, efficient, and courteous while they were in our house for multiple weeks getting everything done (full kitchen and basement remodel). Despite the amount of work needing done, it was all done relatively quickly - it was just over 5 weeks for them to get everything done, and there was full cabinetry, a large amount of tile work, appliances, two new back doors, countertops, and electrical + HVAC + plumbing work in the mix to move our kitchen island. We felt safe and secure having them in our home while we were not there to get things done - it is not easy leaving your home open to "strangers" doing work in your house, but they made sure to have our trust. The prices for services rendered were fair - we added on a couple of extra things outside of insurance. The quality of the work is unbelievable, I have had multiple people tell me my kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine. If we ever need contracting services in the future, we will not hesitate to use Siefken again in the future!
