    I wanted to enroll my five-year-old son in wrestling lessons. Prior to enrolling him, I had exchanged a number of emails with ******** ******* Executive Board Vice President at MWC Wrestling Academy. I specifically asked how much notice we need to give if we have to cancel lessons. I was told about a week before we’re set to be charged for the next month (her email dated January 29).
    On February 1, I enrolled my son at MWC Wrestling Academy. MWC Wrestling Academy uses a company called ************ both to register new students and for payment of fees. At the time I registered my son, I had to enter my credit card number for payments. On February 1, my credit card was charged $90 (fee for February) and it showed I would be charged $82.50 on the 1st of every month going forward.
    My son attended one class on February 5. We decided that wrestling is not a good fit for him and he did not attend any more classes.
    I sent an email to *** ****** on February 13 asking that my son’s enrollment be cancelled.
    She emailed on February 16 saying it would be. Then she sent another email a few minutes later saying she wasn’t able to cancel because ************ had updated its website. *** ****** asked if I was able to log in and cancel it on my end. I replied within an hour letting her know that I tried and I did not see anywhere where ************ would let me cancel the registration. I did not receive any reply.
    I sent *** ****** an email on February 19 asking if she was able to cancel the registration. I did not receive any reply.
    I sent *** ****** another email on February 23 asking again if she was able to cancel the registration. I did not receive any reply.
    On February 25, I received an automated email from ************ saying a payment on my credit card to MWC is scheduled for autopay in 5 days (on March 1). It also informed me that the following payment to MWC from my credit card will be on April 1.
    I sent *** ****** an email on February 26 and received no response.

    Hello,

    We never did hear anything from MWC Wrestling Academy, but our credit card is no longer being charged.

    We are satisfied with this result.
