Ram Jack came to put in pillars for my garage floor. When finished the garage floor was a complete mess. They came back to fix it 2 more times and it is worse now than the first two times. I paid them 2/3rds of the bill when they were done. Held back the last 1/3 till they got it right. Within a week they put a lien Omaha my house. Which was illegal. You can only put a lien on a house after 60 days of completion of the job. My floor is still messed up and I don’t want them to fix it as they are obviously incapable. Three attempts is enough to prove that. I just want everyone to know how I paid 6k for the worst job I have ever seen. I would love to post a video or pictures of their finished work.

    *****

    I am writing
to you today regarding a complaint. Your complaint states you are unhappy with
our concrete work and the lien that was placed on your property. Your
description of the defective concrete indicates spalling and/or scaling. This
is a common problem in subzero temperatures. I am sorry that our replacement
work was also affected by cooler temperatures.

    Regarding
the lien we placed on your property, we understand that you are a very busy
person but with numerous attempts to contact you, with no results that exceeded
over 20 days, we felt the need to protect our interest. Your contract clearly
stated your payment was due upon completion. Prior to a lien being put on your
property you were informed via email that if no contact was made, we would lien
    the property.

    Regarding
your request for a billing adjustment, we have reviewed your invoice and are
happy to refund the $150 we charged you for the three patches of concrete you
    were unhappy with.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The lien was put on my house within 2 weeks. The work that was done is complete garbage. I will be posting a video of your work to social media. Don’t try blaming it on weather. Everyone in the concrete business doesn’t shut down for winter. Sorry that’s a lame excuse for your sub par work. Plus what exactly is $150 going to do. I should have never paid you in full  until it was done right. I will get it fixed and you will be receiving the bill.

    Sincerely,
