The roof looks great; very close match to original color. Process was easy. I was offered several options, but not pressured to select anything. Opted for increased ventilation in the attic.Thompson & Thompson Third Generation, Inc.

5 starsHad a great experience with the whole T & T crew. We needed some immediate repairs after a big storm and they were on the spot within a half day to help. Then once we got to the need of the roof replacement, Steve and Dan and the crew were excellent in every phase. Incredibly courteous through all interactions, knowledgable, very responsive to any questions/needs, and their crew knocked out the work exactly as detailed. 5 starsVery easy process from start to finish. Dan provided the estimate and worked with the insurance company. The install team started early and finished the roof in one day and done a super job cleaning the yard and landscaping at the end of the install.

I've hired Thompson & Thompson Third Generation, Inc. on several occasions on different properties. I've known the Thompson's for over 26 years and know they are a top notch roofing, gutter and siding company, in my opinion they are second to none. As with any roofing company, Thompson and Thompson got on the roof and inspected ALL aspects of my damaged roof. However, what sets them apart from other company's is the thoroughness of inspection. To be honest, I did have other roofing company's inspect my damaged roof just to see if I'd get the same damage report with each company. Besides the damaged area's on the roof, Jim Thompson made his recommended suggestions in order for me to choose the the course of action I wanted them to take. He took the time to show and explain to me the pros and cons of various shingles, vent, gutters, etc.. There wasn't any pressure on his part on which way I should go, he just educated me on the different aspects of materials used and the possible difference of longevity of each. My roof was scheduled for a two day window for completion. A storm was in the forecast for later that afternoon, it was decided to have two teams of roofers on this project, therefore finishing the whole roof before the storm came through. I am OCD about craftsmanship and they did not disappoint. Everything looked great. Even the cleanup aspect (even on a windy day mind you) was thorough. Two days later the gutter team came in and replaced my four inch gutters with five inch ones. Again, the craftsmanship was spot on and the color of the gutters matched exactly as the color of the house. Also, dealing with the office staff was a pleasure and helpful. I recommend if you want a quality roof, gutters and siding Thompson and Thompson 3rd Generation is the way to go. You get what you pay for, quality work.
