    I have never had such a horrible experience with a service or contractor. The techs were very friendly, but the receptionist and owner were incredibly rude - both of them lied to me and gaslit me about the poor service and communication they were providing. In an attempt to sum up my experience, I had 10 sets of blinds cleaned for $800. I was told it would take two weeks and it ended up taking two months. They broke two sets of blinds and instead of disclosing this, they tried to replace the blinds, but bought the wrong size. This led to four separate installation trips, even though I specifically asked they do it in one, because I was no longer living at the house.
    One month in, I tried talking to the owner, but he refused to compensate me for the poor service. I simply asked for reimbursement on the two blinds that had been broken. He offered me $50 off the next service I use with them. I told him my experience did not make me inclined to use any other services, so he said he had no reason to make me happy if I wasn't a repeat customer. Luckily, I was able to get half my money back by disputing with my credit card.
    I see that the business continues to gaslight their unhappy customers when they leave bad reviews. If they had been upfront and helpful with me, they could have turned my experience around.

    Was able to schedule next day carpet cleaning services, they delivered outstanding results !!! It smells amazing, no stains remain. It looks fantastic!!! Will definitely be using their services again in the future

    Unfortunately, I used the Ralston, NE Coit to clean a 6X8 area rug specifically for pet stains. When I received the rug back, I removed the plastic and immediately smelled dog urine. Looking at the back of the rug, which is where I saw the stains originally, I could see they had attempted to clean it. The center of the rug was clean but the stains had migrated to all 4 edges of the rug.
    I called, asking them to recleaned it, since Coit has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Instead, they sent a technician who told me his manager said he didn't want him to bring the rug back to clean it, they would treat it with deodorizer. I thought, OK, they're the professionals, they know what they're doing. But when the tech used a carpet rake on the BACK of the area rug, I thought, maybe they don't know what they're doing. It turns out the deodorizer smelled worse than the dog urine! And once the deodorizer evaporated, the dog urine smell returned and the stains remained. I have called the Ralston branch three times. Each time I was told the manager would return my call. I have never received a return call. The third time I called, I was told they wanted to clean it again. Unfortunately, I moved on July 17th, which was why I was trying to take care of things before moving, and I did not want to move a pet-stained rug so I threw the rug away.
    I have asked for a full refund of the $249.53 I paid to have the rug NOT cleaned but they say they're unable to do that. OK, but stand behind your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The last section of the guarantee says "RECTIFY the problem if we can’t repair the damage, by crediting you with the item’s present actual cash value* toward a like replacement from a COIT source (upon payment of cleaning services rendered)." Replace the rug since you weren't able to clean it.
    Saying you have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a bold statement. I have yet to feel any satisfaction with the service received from Coit.

    We had our carpets cleaned and our vents cleaned and fogged and we are very pleased with the services we received! The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They showed up on time, explained the process and answered all of our questions. They were very thorough and efficient!

    I sent a list of the furniture drapery I wanted cleaned. I was quoted $664.00. The tech arrived 2 hours late even knew I had an afternoon appointment. All idems of furniture were left with spots dirt and major damage. I took before and after photos and sent those to the sales/manager. I was told the work was more involved and would be $1001.00 I asked how to file a claim for the rawhide sofa scraped bare in spots and 10ft. silk draperies with bleached streaks and dirt residue. I asked the manager to come to see all the dirty spots and damage before I paid. He threatened to file a lein on my house if I didn't pay. He said I had signed an agreement but the form did not have my signature on it. I felt threatened and I agreed to pay the original quote if he would come see the job that was done. He said he was out of town but would be in contact. It has been 2 weeks and no contact.
    I have a file of before and after photos and text messages exchanged would still like advice on how to file a claim for my damges. I felt that this was a trick to bait me into accepting a false quote with the intention of demanding more. I had a 2nd bid for comparison and should have gone with that company because they were more diligent in their research regarding the fabrics to be cleaned.
    Lesson learned that nobody should consider using Coit Cleaning and Restoration out of Lenexa KS and Ralston NE

    Dawn I am sorry how you feel, we charged you for cleaning only, and unfortunately our guarantee does not cover permanent stains, it only covers the cleaning itself. most reasonable people understand the difference between clean and stain removal and some stains like ink or other things that have been left too long an set in do not come out. the techs told you up front the stains were permanent and you decided to move forward anyway. they even went the extra mile and got some out for no extra charge and after the fact you want a refund for something you did not pay for.
