5 starsI found out my office building needed a new roof and I had no idea who to hire. Fortunately, a friend recommended that I contact White Castle Roofing. They had used this company in the past on several projects and were very happy with their work. I contacted White Castle and from the start to the finish of this project, all of my interactions with the various representatives were extremely professional. White Castle came out and within two days, had removed the roof from my two-story building and installed the new one. 5 starsI worked with Vat and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He made the whole process smooth and easy and I am very happy with the outcome. I hired this company because of their ratings, and salesmanship. From the beginning that was a significant lack of communication in the company on what was to be done and when. 3-4 weeks later the work started. 9:30 start time and was told it be a one-day job, which turned into 3 days not counting the times someone had to come back and redo the previous work. I took a few photos just as they said they would. My photos will speak to you better than I can about this due to the fact most of the work was unacceptable, especially for a company with 37 years of experience they claim. They must still be on that learning curve. I found damage done to my detached garage a week or 2 after all the other screw-ups were repaired. The roofers did it, didn't say anything to anyone, and just left it. By the way, I upgraded my decking to 1/2" for a nice clean strong start on the house, no one said anything about reusing old fireplace flashing. My ceilings in 2 different rooms had to be repaired, one step thru, the other cracked 3 different directions. Just check the photos out they say a lot. Not to mention no **** anchors were installed nor used (**** violation) but were written in the proposal, but the rope was up there wrapped up just in case, ahh ya right? Not only did they stop short of freeze barriers on my house( code violation) the same was done on the detached garage. This was an all-around joke from being scheduled, then no show for a week, because someone didn't tell someone, LOLOLOL, Ya! The gutter crew very fast knew their job and did it, after looking at their work which was good, it would have been nice to take the old gutter clamp/tie down off my house and the ones they did rip off the house could of at least removed the screws and or hardware. I'm just getting started, but I think you get the point. The soft lead covers were brand new, just someone didn't know how to install them. Isn't that a work of art?

We appreciate Mr. ******** candid review and acknowledge that this project did not go as smoothly as it could have. White Castle did reschedule Mr. ****** initially because of delays on our end, and since the project ended up requiring a full re-decking install it also took longer than originally forecast. We have done our best to immediately respond to concerns Mr. ****** had with his ceiling, and the other noted issues. When trying to tie up the last of the loose ends on the project Mr. ****** told us to stop contacting him and leave him alone. White Castle will stand behind all of the work at Mr. ******** project and will warrant it against leak for the next 10 years.
