      We had a problem with an 8310 tractor so 21st Century came and picked it up, took it to their shop to fix. They supposedly fixed it and brought it back. We tried to run it and within a few miles of driving it still had the same issue it was having. They mever fixed what we told them was wrong but fixed other things. So they come get it again and take it back to their shop. They had our tractor for around 12 weeks( during all of planting season and it is our planting tractor). We finally got it back with a huge bill! Then we have a second incident with a swather, it was taken in for the winter program to be gone through with a few things that we wanted fixed. When we got it back( the day we needed to start using it) it was not running ok and was throwing codes to stop the machine! I never had any of these issues before it was taken in! So we got the swather back June 5th 2024 and to this day they still can’t get it to run properly. They have had service guys come out 6 times trying to fix it and also took it back to the shop 1 time, and it still doesn’t run properly! We also have a huge bill for it as well! Please help!
