    I placed bids on merchandise in auctions by Dave Dickey Auction and I won some very 2 lots with very nice gold items. I was told that it was shipped to me but I never received these items and I never got my money I paid for them back. So they robbed me twice. I paid for shipping and the items I won. I won a beautiful 14 kt gold necklace, 10KT Gold Ring & Matching jade Earrings, gold tie pin and a beautiful 10K BLACKHILLS GOLD NECKLACE, EARRINGS & HEART set. Then to add insult to injury, I was accused of fraud. This is not the first and I am sure that it won't be the last time that an auction company steals from it's customers. I know that I am not the only person that this has happened to. I complained and did not even get an apology. I am sure that to this auction company, when a customer wins something of great value and it suddenly comes up missing, you don't think twice about not keeping your obligation or even your word to a someone like me. But I work very hard for what I have and I am an honest person who trusted in your company to honor my won items. You

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our company! We looked into this matter quite strenuously and found that your items were in fact mailed to you. The money was not refunded because we do not have the items in our possession. Also, we take pride in not judging a book by its cover. However, we do take note when a bidder has been permanently declined by 29 other auction houses leaving notes that this person is difficult to deal with...
