    We filed a warranty claim with this company almost 3 years ago and still have not received the replacement window. The first 2 windows they ordered in for us were the wrong size. Then on 9/30/22 I was told that the window was in and they would get it scheduled to be replaced. On 10/3/22, I received notification that the window had broke in their warehouse and they would have to order another one. I contacted the business on 11/9/22 and was told that the window was on order. I just received a text today, 12/19/22, that says the order was lost. So it will be 3 years in January that we first filed for a replacement warranty and we have yet to receive it.

    I am rejecting this response because:  

    Their letter has many discrepencies with what actually happened.  
    We did not refuse service in August of 2021 due to Covid - that was never an issue for us.  They had ordered the wrong size window - which was not our fault.  They had 10+ months to have the window installed between when they received the window and when they discovered it had been broken.  We feel this is more than adequate time for them to get this window installed.  I am disappointed with their warranty customer service.  I feel we have waited long enough for this window.
