      I didn't notice what was going on until June 2023 when I received a statement for 35.00. I paid the full amount when I got paid on the 19th. The payment due date is the 17th. I was charged a late fee of 31.00. I didn't purchase anything but there was a increase on my statement so I checked and noticed it was due to me being late 2 days. I paid the 31.00 showing good faith. I wrote myself a note to call and have the payment due date changed since I am on social security and get paid on the 19th of the month. I have been a perfect customer since Jan 2021. On July 18,2023, I called and spoke to one of the ladies in customer service and explained the situation I'll leave her name out. I asked if the late fee and interest fee of 42.00 could be reversed. She replied yes, they could do that. I was shocked to see the Sept statement; nothing had been written off and there was another late charge of 42.00 based on the previous balance which is late fees and interest charges. The same went on in October, late fees and interest fees of 42.00. on 11/6/23 I called customer serv, we were disconnected. 11/19/2023 I called and was transferred to accounting we went over everything, she seemed to get what I was saying. I told her the situation; the amount of all the late fees and interest fee is $169.55. NOW, their stating they can't change the due date because my acct is past due, they reported me the credit bureau and my credit is dinged. Overall, I have made over 10 attempts to contact them. Then they seemed shocked I was closing my account ('Date never changed I would still be in the same situation. I was able to get 2 months late fees and interest fees written off but that's all they would do for me! Very poor customer service and the problem-solving lacks professionalism.
