They shut my power off saying i allegeldy missed a payment. Wich i do not beleive i did. A payed a 260 dollar bill then then next bill i received was for 95 dollars which i payed. Then a week later i get a nother bill saying that i now owe over 600 dollars and were gonna shut me off on the 8/8/2024. They then shut service off on 8/6/2024. I then contacted hhs who then sent them what was needed to restore service. Which nppd says they denied 3 times stating it was not in my name. Hhs said they would resend after nppd refunds what was sent. I was then treated very rudly by nppd when i stated what hhs told me about the refund. Saying hhs was wrong. I have had hhs help with getting service restored in the past and was no issue. Then today 8/12/2024 i called nppd again after i lost food in my fridge and freezer and suffered borderline heat stroke because nppd refused service for 5 days. Then today 8/12/2024 when i was able to call during buisness hour. It was immideatly restored. As they acctually did accept the payment from hhs on 8/6/2024. So they caused me to loose all food in fridge and freezer. Was almost taken to emergency room for borderline heat exhaution. And mental anguish and distress trying to get power restored for them 6 days they stated that hhs payment was denied. When they actually accepted the payment 6 days before. They also have charged me a 250 dollar deposit each time power was terminated then restored stating it was to cover if i missed a bill payment. But every time i have missed one they have shut me off. So where are all the deposits they charged me to cover a missed bill go. Because if the covering of missed bill payment by the deposit i paid. My service should not have been terminated. Each time for allegedlly missing bill payment for that month. Thanks for your time

I have now received another bill this month from nppd now saying that i owe over 590 dollars. How is it my elec bill goes from over $250 to $95 to over $600 then shut me off then to owe over $590 all in the same month. 8/6/24-8/22/24. My bill has been well under $250 for the last two years consistanly. Then now all the sudden it goes to over 5-600 in less than 2 months which is more than double when i have half the amount of stuff ussing electricty now than i have for the last 2-3 years but my power bill triples
