      Thunder valley truck sales. I was to buy a truck from them and now he won’t return my 95k dollars back and I don’t have the truck

      Roger viewed and paid us in full on 6-12-24 for the truck. He arranged to have $8036.00 of additional work done at two independent shops. Once the work was complete, as a courtesy, we brought the truck to our dealership to save him 2 hours' drive time. On 7-5-24, Roger arrived to pick up the truck, he is now telling us he doesn't want the truck and doesn't want to pick it up. Stating that the work performed was not to his satisfaction.
      I was not privy to the conversations Roger had regarding the aftermarket items installed but believe his complaint is beyond our control and unjustifiable regarding the workmanship at the shops he had work completed at.
      We would greatly appreciate Roger picking up the truck and have informed him that starting on 7-15-24 there will be a $50.00/day storage fee assessed to settle this matter.
