    Essential services are constantly being interrupted by lack of maintenance and in interest of saving money. Bathrooms are currently unavailable, including showers. Inadequate heat in building and lack in appropriate fixtures. No snow removal plan leaving residents unable to get to work. The electrical grid is overloaded resulting in summer time downtime and very hot RVs. The entire infrastructure of this park neeeds updated and what residents pay does not meet expectations.
