    When the lights are turned on and we turn the ac on the lights in the entire trailer flicker and make a buzzing noise. The ac also makes a buzzing noise so we are unable to use our ac. Our toilet in the mast has no water running to it so it is unusable. Our freezer and fridge are not cold so we have thrown away 200 dollars in groceries and are told we have to wait 5 days before someone can come out after leaving work 3 days in a row because we were told someone was going to be there to fix it and no one showed up. So we lost money in groceries and from our paychecks because of this issue

    It is regrettable you have had this experience. 

    Attached is a statement from maintenance, and following is a statement from the Community Manager

    "The tasks were completed, I sent over the statement from Maintenance as he was in the home to make the repairs.  Also, the vendor had been trying to call the resident for some time, but when the resident did the application we had the wrong number, which has since been corrected. and I do have email proof of the phone situation."
